[SPOILER] Trump gives a thump and a finger point while firing candidate

In episode 13 of NBC's The Apprentice 2 Donald Trump, while firing Ivana strays from his usual, two finger point, "You're fired." combo. This time, in what seemed to be a moment of pleasure, he combined his million dollar catchphrase with a triumphant slap on the table and a one finger "gun" point.
